Thank you for contacting Cavo Nightclub! We are open every Friday and Saturday from 9:00pm -2:00am. Reservations are not necessary to come down but we do recommend getting there early before 10:30pm. We have no cover on Fridays and a $5 cover on Saturdays, starting at 10:00pm. We also offer VIP table service, see details below on how to reserve your table. Please be advised that we book up fast and sometimes weeks in advance so please do not delay in making your reservation.
Here's how VIP service at Cavo works. You must meet the minimum bottle requirement purchase for each table. We have tables located all around the nightclub and they have different minimums. The tables around the DJ booth on the dance floor are the most desired and have higher minimums. Depending on availability, group size and date of party, the bottle minimums for the Dj tables are between 2-4 bottles. We also have tables located in our lounge area, mezzanine, and Latin room, these tables require a 1-2 bottle minimum. A 7% liquor tax and 20% gratuity is added to every tab. Frequently Asked Questions…
How old do you have to be to enter? Every guest must be 21 years of age or older and must have proper identification. No exceptions.
How many guests can I have at my VIP table? All of our VIP areas are different sizes. Most of them can accommodate groups of 10-15 people and can (seat) 6-8. We do have a few larger areas that can accommodate larger parties, please specify your party size when making the reservation.
What does my ViP reservation include? Your reservation includes your Vip table area for the evening, the bottles of your choice with mixers, with the exception of Redbull, there is an up charge. It also puts you and your guests, up to 15 people on the guest list so you will not pay a cover.
How and when do I place my bottle order for my table? Deposits are not necessary at the time of booking. Once you arrive and are seated in your section, the server will take your bottle order, ID, and payment. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
What type of music do you play? We normally have 2 DJs, two rooms. We have a Latin Dj in the front room both Friday and Saturdays. In the back dance floor area we play an open format which is a little bit of everything but mostly high energy dance music.
What time should I arrive if I have a VIP reservation? You can arrive anytime between 9:00pm and 11:30pm. If you arrive after 11:30pm we cannot guarantee your VIP area.
What is your Dress code? Cavo is a fun place for a night out dancing we expect our guests to dress for the occasion. Absolutely NO Ball Caps, (Dress hats are the only acceptable headwear). No Sweatpants, No Jerseys, No Hoodies. No large backpacks or large bags. Most importantly: No bad Attitudes.
How does your Limo shuttle service work? The limo works like this, the limo holds 12 people, we prefer to pick up groups of 8-12 people but we can make the occasional exception. Your group must all be in one location within the vicinity of Pittsburgh. It’s only a one-way ride to the club, you will be responsible for your own ride home. The limo is stocked and completely complimentary but we do recommend that you throw a small tip to the driver. If you would like to book a limo pick up please send us your phone number, location and preferred time of pick up and we will confirm depending on availability.
Do you do anything for Birthdays? Yes, if you have a VIP table reservation we will bring out our happy birthday sign and have the Dj give you a shout out over the mic. The servers get extremely busy and will bring out the sign sometime after midnight when they are able to. If you would like to request this please let us know when you make the reservation.
